Due to growth, we are seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to join our team!

Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or similar
5+ years of water resources experience
Strong mathematical/analytical skills
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Autocad
EIT preferred but not required
Experience with/knowledge of ArcMap preferred but not required
H&H modeling software proficiency preferred
VA PE preferred or ability to obtain
What you will be doing:
Design all types of SWM facilities
Oversee construction inspections for all types of SWM facilities and other related construction administration
Develop and execute stormwater operation and maintenance programs for entities owning large SWM assets
Model and analyze local and FEMA floodplains for existing conditions and proposed alteration condition studies. This includes the opportunity to design large culvert/bridge crossings
Analyze and permit state regulated dams, including developing dam breach inundation studies, operation and maintenance permitting, alteration permits, emergency action plan development and execution, annual dam inspections, and other dam related activities
Develop stormwater management concept plans
Develop H&H models for floodplain and dam modeling
Production of final construction documents
Management of construction inspections
Execution of construction administration
Develop local and state permit applications
Prepare technical reports
Research regulatory codes, manuals, and standards
Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Meet and coordinate with regulators to address comments and facilitate approval
Perform contract management
Manage clients and develop project schedules / workplans
Supervisor for at least one (1) direct report
Technical mentor to other team design engineers
