Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate teams and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project goals are met.
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct site inspections to assess progress and quality control.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction management.
Experience Managing $20 Million Projects
Experience with BlueBeam/Scheduling Software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix)
Experience with Building Information Modeling
5+ Years in Commercial Construction
