Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Drywall

Position Overview
The Sr. Project Manager for Commercial Drywall will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple drywall projects from conception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation, management of commercial and multi-family projects, and proficiency in estimating software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee drywall projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Utilize estimating software such as OST and Quick Bid for project cost estimation and management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial drywall sector - Realistically looking at 10+ years
Strong knowledge of drywall and metal stud installation processes.
Proficient in using project management and estimating software, including OST and Quick Bid.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
