Service Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services for various systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical and mechanical systems
Conduct routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
Install and calibrate equipment according to specifications
Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries
Execute repairs on faulty equipment and systems
Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all service tasks
Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency
Educate customers on proper equipment use and maintenance

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks effectively
Strong customer service orientation
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of safety procedures in technical environments
Experience with plumbing and preventive maintenance is a plus
Relevant certifications in electrical, HVAC or mechanical systems are preferred
