Tax Manager

Position Overview
The Tax Manager oversees all aspects of tax compliance and consulting while ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of client tax returns. This role also includes mentoring team members, building lasting client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the firm's client base.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive tax services while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Develop strategic tax plans and review intricate income tax returns with precision and insight
Identify and execute enhancements to streamline and strengthen tax-related processes
Oversee all aspects of tax provisioning and compliance workflows
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs
Lead, train, and evaluate tax staff to maintain high performance and quality standards
Provide ongoing mentorship and career development support to tax associates
Contribute to the firm's overall success through active involvement in management initiatives
