NOTE: My Client is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in project execution, client engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of construction operations, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from conceptual estimating and pre-construction planning to final turnover and closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work with a focus on cost control and risk mitigation.
Oversee contract negotiations, subcontractor agreements, and procurement processes to ensure clarity and compliance.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment and accountability.
Conduct regular project meetings, including OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) sessions, and provide clear documentation and reporting.
Drive project profitability through proactive change order management, forecasting, and margin analysis.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards throughout all phases of construction.
Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong field awareness and technical expertise.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners through exceptional service and integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Timberline, and other related tools.
Experience with LEAN construction, BIM coordination, and pull planning is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
