Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and change order management.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing municipal, educational, data centers, or healthcare construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with public sector permitting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
