Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and met
Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Ensure that all construction activities are performed in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members and addressing any issues that arise
Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related records

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the field of structural steel/steel construction
Experience managing various construction projects including commercial buildings, offices, hospitals/healthcare buildings, stadiums, or related
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
