Senior AI/ML Engineer working on Agentic AI Systems

Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team to design and implement advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing AI applications, particularly in natural language processing and agentic AI, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies like OpenAI's GPT-3 and DaVinci.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
Conduct research to enhance the capabilities of our AI systems and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve AI functionalities.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects and models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation.
Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and applications.
Code Generation (Cursor)
Hands-on experience with OpenAI technologies including Hugging Face or similar
Bonus points for: retrieval systems or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, and SQL.
Bonus points: LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI
