Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and performing in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and FASB standards.
Ensure accurate and timely SEC reporting and compliance with SOX regulations.
Manage month-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Utilize Dynamics 365 and Great Plains for financial data management and reporting.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to support business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and compliance.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or SOX
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
Nice to Haves:
- CPA
- Experience with D365, Hyperion, or Great Plains
- FASB regulations, and SEC reporting requirements.
