Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. This position focuses on expanding our market presence in the force measurement sector, specifically through innovative solutions involving load cells and force transducers. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in business development and outside sales to drive growth and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the force measurement industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Present technical solutions to customers and address their specific needs.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote company products.
Travel requirements: Frequent travel within North America with occasional international trips as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree desirable)
5+ years of experience in business development or outside sales in the force measurement industry.
Strong understanding of load cells, force transducers, and related technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
