Requirements: 5+ Years of civil construction experience. A background in earthwork, land development, underground utilities, and roadway design/construction.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction, land development, and managing various aspects of civil engineering projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Oversee grading, excavation, and underground utilities installation as part of the project.
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to mitigate project risks.
Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation for project review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil construction sector.
Proven experience in residential construction, land development, and subdivision projects.
Strong knowledge of earthwork, concrete, grading, excavation, and road construction.
Familiarity with commercial development processes and requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
