Project Engineer

Position Overview
The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet technical requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance quality, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to project specifications and designs.
Utilize CAD software to create and modify engineering designs.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure projects meet industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures to maintain financial control.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering team to address needs and concerns.
Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in engineering or construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation.
Experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Solid understanding of engineering design principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling practices in project management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
