Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenging, high-stakes legal work across a variety of industries - including business disputes, real estate litigation, environmental matters, and public agency representation. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with flexibility for remote work and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in state and federal courts in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters
Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
Work closely with clients to develop litigation strategy and manage cases effectively
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver strategic and practical legal solutions
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar
Minimum 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial, land use, or real estate matters
Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
