Front-End Developer - fully REMOTE - working mostly East Coast hours
Up to $110,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus
4+ years of Front-End development experience with an emphasis on data structures and algorithms
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer who excels in understanding data structures and writing algorithms for the front-end. While proficiency in UI/UX design is important, the primary focus of this role is on optimizing data handling and implementing efficient algorithms to enhance the performance and functionality of our web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex front-end applications with a strong emphasis on data structures and algorithms.
- Optimize data processing and manipulation on the client side to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Implement and maintain user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of data structures (e.g., arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs) and algorithms (e.g., sorting, searching, dynamic programming).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Native JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
This is a REMOTE position, live anywhere in the US and able to work mostly East Coast hours.
