Position Overview
The Portfolio Associate will be responsible for analyzing and managing fixed income portfolios to optimize returns while managing risk. This role involves conducting thorough investment analysis, developing financial models, and providing insights on market trends and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of fixed income securities, including corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, and mortgage-backed securities.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
Monitor market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies and decisions.
Prepare and present investment research reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to optimize fixed income portfolios and achieve targeted returns.
Analyze structured products and their impact on portfolio performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all investment activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in fixed income analysis or portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of fixed income securities and structured products.
Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis techniques.
Experience with Bloomberg and advanced Excel functionalities.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an emphasis on risk assessment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
