Due to growth, we are seeking a talented up and coming Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting that will support key business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide financial analysis.
Utilize NetSuite and Workday for financial reporting and analytics.
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to drive business improvements.
Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities.
Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

B.S. in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
NetSuite
Workday Adaptive Planning
Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
