Position Summary

As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is ready to lead with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight

Manage all phases of electrical construction projects
Lead pre-construction efforts including estimating, scheduling, and scope review
Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure timely project delivery
Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and inspections

Field Operations

Supervise electricians and subcontractors to ensure quality and code compliance
Conduct site visits for progress tracking and safety checks
Coordinate material procurement and delivery logistics

Client & Team Communication

Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, inspectors, and vendors
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates
Foster strong relationships to support repeat business

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate project records and daily logs
Use project management software to track milestones and workforce activity
Report on financial and operational performance to leadership

Qualifications

5+ years in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a project management role
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
Solid understanding of NEC, local codes, and permitting
Experience with tools like Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms
Nevada Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
