Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Salary: 80K-140K
Requirements: 5+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably on industrial, large commercial, healthcare, and/or Federal/DOD projects.

Position Overview:
The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating electrical project costs and preparing detailed bid proposals for various industrial, commercial, healthcare, and federal construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to analyze project specifications and drawings to provide precise cost predictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for electrical work.
Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for various electrical projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Prepare bid proposals and present findings to project managers and clients.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
Monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle as changes occur.
Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor proposals and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an estimator in the electrical construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Experience with estimating software and tools.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
