What You Will Be Doing

- Responsible for administrative marketing tasks such as data entry and budget tracking
- Support marketing team in executing SEO, email, and content marketing strategies
- Create and schedule social media content using Canva and SproutSocial
- Analyze key performance metrics and submit weekly reports
- Assist in developing marketing materials for external distribution
- Prepare internal communications to promote company culture and engagement
- Monitor brand reputation and brand sentiment on digital platforms
- Conduct market research and identify industry trends

What You Need for this Position

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of social media or digital marketing experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Social media knowledge and experience using Social Media Management Tools like HootSuite and SproutSocial
- Familiar with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform
- Familiar with the fundamentals of SEO
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative and resourceful problem solver
- Takes initiative and is a self-starter
- Able to prioritize tasks, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Willingness to learn web analytics, basic HTML and troubleshooting skills
