Controls Engineer

Position Overview
The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems used in manufacturing and industrial processes. This role requires a strong understanding of automation, programming, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for industrial machinery and processes.
Develop and maintain PLC programs for automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Integrate vision systems and robotics into existing manufacturing processes.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Proven experience in controls engineering or automation.
Strong skills in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with vision systems and robotics integration.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
