CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes and ensure optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current processes and implementing improvements, focusing on quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve CNC manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize machining processes and tool designs.
Utilize CAD/CAM software for designing tooling and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Train and mentor junior engineers and machinists on best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, improvements, and equipment.
Stay updated with the latest developments in machining technology and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in CNC manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and Lean Manufacturing.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and G-Code programming.
Familiarity with machining processes and tool design.
Solid understanding of quality control principles and precision measurement techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
