We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the optimal performance of CNC machines and manufacturing equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a problem-solving mindset to effectively handle mechanical and electrical issues. This role will require regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in CNC machines and systems.
Disassemble and rebuild equipment as necessary to perform repairs or upgrades.
Utilize maintenance manuals and work orders to guide repair processes and document activities.
Maintain CNC controls and ensure proper functionality of machine tools and equipment.
Work with various OEMs to source parts and understand specific machine requirements.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and technical skills to execute maintenance tasks effectively.
Assist in the setup and calibration of CNC machines for optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

5+ Years' experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair.
Autoclave experience required.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Experience with multiple OEMs and familiarity with various machine tools.
Hands-on experience disassembling and rebuilding equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
