Respected South Florida litigation boutique known for delivering aggressive, strategic representation in complex business disputes seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 5-10 years experience.
Offer:
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000+, depending on experience

Qualifications:
5-10 years of business litigation experience
Active Bar membership in FL
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
Conduct depositions and appear in court for hearings and trials.
Manage client communications and strategy with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with a focused and experienced legal team to deliver outstanding results.
