Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Finance Transaction Attorney to join our legal team. This position will focus on providing legal support for various financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advising clients on finance-related lending/borrowing matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance/transactional law and a passion for assisting clients in navigating complex transactional agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents related to financial transactions
Advise clients on compliance with financial regulations and laws
Assist in negotiating and structuring financing agreements
Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial lending practice
Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal advice
Participate in client meetings and provide guidance on financial transactions
Familiarity with securities and commercial lending is advantageous

Must Have:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Good standing with CO Bar
4+ Years experience in lending/borrowing finance transactions
