Growing Texas-Based Plaintiff Law Firm Hiring Civil Litigation Associate for Property Damage Cases - McAllen, TX
A tech-driven plaintiff litigation firm based in McAllen, TX, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team. This position is ideal for junior to mid-level attorneys with civil litigation experience who are interested in representing plaintiffs in complex property damage cases.
Compensation and Benefits:
80k-100k+ base salary (contingent on experience) with a guaranteed $20k bonus after the 1st year
Performance-based bonus compensation starting in the second year based on settlements
Healthcare benefits with five plan options, all but one covered 100% by the firm

Qualifications:
Junior to mid-level attorney with civil litigation experience (property damage experience not required)
Licensed to practice law in Texas (or pending licensure)
Willingness to work in-person in McAllen, TX
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Handling plaintiff-side property damage litigation from intake through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
Interfacing with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
Collaborating with internal teams to manage a dynamic docket of cases
